The 2008 Harvest has finished with a total of 56,311,831 kg of D.O. Rueda grape(provisional data) of which 53,530,313 kg are of white varieties, which is supposed a growth in the production of 4.3% although the vineyard surface has been increased in a 13.4%, that is to say, the yield by hectare have been inferiors to those of the previous campaign.
