Wines: Back Labels.

White wines

• Rueda Verdejo
  At least 85%, but normally they are made with 100%, of Verdejo grape. Straw yellow. Great aromatic potential and very elegant scent. Fruity aromas with anisette-like and fennel hues. Strong body and good palate, with great fruitiness and the bitter touch characteristic of this variety. Dry wines, with a minimum alcohol content of 11.5°
• Rueda
  At least 50% of Verdejo grape. In this case the properties of the Verdejo are more diluted, due to the presence of other varieties.Fresh, smooth and floral, with a minimum alcohol content of 11°
• Rueda Sauvignon
  At least 85% of Sauvignon Blanc grape. Great aromatic intensity and reminiscences of tropical fruits are the main features of this variety. Agreeable on the palate, it has a long aftertaste with a minimum alcohol content of 11°.
• Rueda Espumoso
  Made according to the traditional method, consisting of a second fermentation in the bottle and a period of aging in the bottle of no less than 9 months. By following this method, the Verdejo develops great fruitiness and smoothness. Dry or semi-dry (at least 50% of Verdejo) and Brut or Brut Nature (at least 85% of Verdejo). Minimum alcohol content of 11.5°
• Rueda Dorado
  Liquor wine, dry, achieved by means of an oxidizing aging process; must stays in oak barrels for at least two years prior to its being marketed. Golden colour, with slightly toasted aroma and flavour due to the long oxidation in oak barrels. Alcohol content of no less than 15°.

Rosé Wines

• Rueda Rosé
  At least 50% of the red varieties authorized. Clean, bright and clear. Strawberry red. Intense fruity aroma, reminiscent of raspberry, blackcurrant and blackberry. Tasty, well structured, lively and full of flavour, with a minimum alcohol contest of 11°. Its optimum serving temperature is 8°C.
• Sparkling Rosé
  At least 50% of the red varieties authorized. Made according to the traditional method, consisting of a second fermentation in the bottle and a period of aging in the bottle of no less than 9 months. Minimum of alcohol content of 11,5°

Red Wines

• Tinto Joven
  Wines with no ageing process but, if they have it, they do not satisfy the terms established to be “crianzas”. Intense carmine red, with violet hues. Clean aromas, showing the aromatic potential of wild fruits. Its optimum serving temperature is 18 °C.
• Tinto Crianza
  Wines with an ageing process of no less than 24 months, at least 6 months of which must be spent in oak barrels. Clean and bright. A cherry red colour with slightly brown hues. Fruity, woody aromas. Its optimum serving temperature is 18°C.
• Tinto Reserva
  Matured in oak barrels and in the bottle for a total period of at least 36 months; the ageing process in the barrel lasts 12 months. Bright, with complex aromas. Liquorice and leather flavour with aromas generally more cured and mature than those of Crianza wines.
• Tinto Gran Reserva
  Long maturation process of at least 24 months in oak barrels and 36 months in the bottle. An attractive, bright ruby red, with elegant and intense aromas. Spicy and toasted hues. This is a round, velvety wine, with very fine tannins.
