Over the years, the Rueda A.O. Control Board has developed a grant scheme to allow one professional from the Castile and Leon Wine Waiter Association to participate in the Wine Waiter Course designed by the Madrid Chamber of Commerce and Industry. 

Wine waiters of the stature of Henar Puente, Juan Antonio Herrero, Francisco Calvilo... have already benefited from the Rueda A.O grants. In 2009 Mss. Ana Osorio Orodea  was benefited from the Rueda A.O. grant.
