It is about the political situation, about export – especially from aliments. It describes the high placing on the market regarding pork and pork-products like Jamón Serrano and products of Ibérico pork. The increasing of Tapas-products and cheese is as well mentioned as olive oil. Regarding wine-sector, especially Verdejo from Rueda has it´s own chapter which talks about the 83. Mio. outputted labels from last year and the increment of sold bottles of 3%. The main part is about the new bodegas from the big players in Spain wine sector who has buy into the D.O. Rueda in recent years.
