In the Official Castilla y León Gazette dated March 13, 2020 (No. 51), Order AGR/287/2020 of March 9 was published, whereby the Regulations of the Rueda Designation of Origin and its Regulatory Board were approved and the previous ones, published in 2008, were repealed.

These new Regulations are the fifth in the history of the Regulatory Board (1980, 1992, 2001, 2008 and 2020).
