CHOOSE THE GLASS
Choosing the right glass is important if you want to enjoy a good Rueda wine.
CUT THE FOIL CAPSULE
The foil capsule should be cut under the ring.
REMOVE THE CORK
Pull out the cork carefully so it doesn’t break, taking care not to move the bottle around too much.
THE PERFECT POUR
Pour the wine until the glass is 1/4 to 1/3 full. The wine needs to breathe.
