In order to strengthen its position on the German wine market the Consejo Regulador of the D.O. Rueda has adopted a strategy of regular exchange of opinions with key importers and distributors. As in 2015 the D.O. is again approaching the relevant target group of specialized wine traders at the central symposium called “Weinfachhändlertag 2016” (“specialized wine traders day 2016”).
The main focus of the symposium is to inform wine traders about relevant wine marketing trends: Different renowned experts give input to the participants in terms of online trade and communication, customer relationship and future trends.
This well established B2B event takes place in Heilbronn (south-west Germany) on October 9 and 10, 2016 and is organized by the B2B wine magazine WEIN + MARKT. At the last edition 2015 the organizers counted approx. 230 participants, in broad majority the active players of German specialized trade.
